JS8Call 0.8.3 Released

Howdy Folks!

      Fixed more issues with compressed data decoding and invalid frames
      Fixed macro expansion for auto-reply messages QTC and QTH
      Fixed call activity with empty rows
      Fixed OSX issue with menuBar menus that have sub-menues that aren’t populated at construction, but when the menu is aboutToShow
      Fixed bug with space collapsing in displayTextForFreq

      Added TU short command
      Added TDELTA macro variable
